Flash Memory Storage

Tonight each student is required to present information on flash memory storage. I'll be looking forward to your reports!

Inside the flash chip, information is stored in cells. A floating gate protects the data written in each cell. Tunneling electrons pass through a low conductive material to change the electronic charge of the gate in "a flash," clearing the cell of its contents so that it can be rewritten. This is how flash memory gets its name.

Security to ones computer system or network is at grave danger because of flash drives. Also, flash drives can help and aid computer systems or networks depending on how they are used. 70% of all hackers attack behind the firewall. Trust must be a facture.
